Noted, it sounds as if the borrower, agent or possibly it could be a property management company; someone which represents our eyes, contributing into this process of viewing and measuring the subject property. The technology aspect of it all will have to prove to be sufficient and sustainable in developing adequate knowledge of the layout, floor plan, and or proximity of room dimensions, etc… or any functional adversity of the dwelling. Adequate seems to be the key word. Assuming there will be communication problems as well, directiveness challenges. Let’s see how this pans out.
