Hi all, I’ve made it a policy to never speak at my own conference. There are a multitude of reasons for that but this year I have decided to make an exception. My thoughts around how to modernize do NOT include using Uber drivers to inspect. I believe an inspection is one of the most important parts of the process. Please join us.I think you will love the ideas my panelists I will share. You haven’t heard our plan anywhere else.

The modern appraisal. let’s see how this pans out. I myself am curious as to how the communication process is to be completed throughout the inspection. Noted, it sounds as if the borrower, agent or possibly it could be a property management company; someone which represents our eyes, contributing into this process of viewing and measuring the subject property. The technology aspect of it all will have to prove to be sufficient and sustainable in developing adequate knowledge of the layout, floor plan, and or proximity of room dimensions, etc… or any functional adversity of the dwelling. Adequate seems to be the key word. Assuming there will be communication problems as well, directiveness challenges. Let’s see how this pans out.
