Jared Preisler: I have been appraising almost 28 years. Earned my SRA Designation in 2011, certified as an instructor for the Appraisal Institute in 2014 Joined the DataMaster team in 2016, while continuing to be an active independent fee appraiser. In 2018 I became a AQB certified USPAP instructor.

Jared Preisler: My experience is that the common misunderstanding is that the scope of work is the same for Hybrid and Traditional. Scope of Work flexibility allows for many jobs that we often think we cannot do.

Appraisal Buzz: What are some of the most common fears expressed by appraisers about this concept?

Jared Preisler: Technology is moving so fast, the fear of making a mistake. The fear of getting left behind. Fear of not know what I don’t know. And, the biggest may be can I be replaced.

Appraisal Buzz: Why should appraisers attend this webinar?

Jared Preisler: This webinar is for new appraisers and trainees, assistants and office managers, and senior appraisers.
