    Good record there Josh!!! A little late to Reply, but I’ve been busy.

    I have 35+ years experience, and got 1 complaint a couple of years ago. It was a really, really nasty, complaint and way, way, way overblown. I wrote a letter to Appraisal Board in my state, and just explained ‘stuff’ in a thorough manner. At their next board meeting the complaint was ‘Dismissed’, and dropped into a wastebasket. Hopefully yours will also be ‘Dismissed”.

    Hey, Joan!!! Sorry for the late Reply, but the only ‘pressure’ I get is to get the Final Figure correct regardless of anything else.

    REO transactions are ‘ALWAYS’ arms-length, but ‘NEVER’ at market value.
