A little late to Reply, but I&#8217;ve been busy.</p>

<p>I have 35+ years experience, and got 1 complaint a couple of years ago. It was a really, really nasty, complaint and way, way, way overblown. I wrote a letter to Appraisal Board in my state, and just explained &#8216;stuff&#8217; in a thorough manner. At their next board meeting&hellip;</p>
