I mistakenly took an order for a lake house and they’re asking for 1007 and 216. I don’t know of any lake cabins that rent for a month at a time. It’s my understanding the 1007 is for monthly rentals, not weekly or nightly. Do you convert seasonal, weekly/nightly rents into monthly rent? My feeling is the 1007 is not built for weekly rentals.…

This is probably late to the game, but I had a legal action “threat” a couple years ago. I called E&O and they have a lawyer to consult with like once a year, free of charge. It was a nice option to talk it through, just in case.
