I have had a compliant filed against me once… and it was a lady that was mad cause she thought her home was under valued and the garbage disposal box was accidently checked, as such she though my appraisal abilities were sub par. No USPAP violations were made, my value was well supported and I fixed the incorrectly checked box. So if yours is similar to that.. then you will be fine. I talked with the compliant reviewer at the state and we laughed about it, got some constructive criticism and moved on.
