Slower Housing Market Predicted for 2022 with Softening HPSI

The Fannie Mae’s Home Purchase Sentiment Index (HPSI) decreased 0.5 points to 74.2 in December, as consumers continued to report substantially divergent views of homebuying and home-selling conditions.
