Valuation Expo was founded on three important pillars — Learn, Network, and Prosper. We have a new offering this year, which perfectly touches on all three. If you haven’t heard about it yet, we wanted to introduce you to the Wells Fargo Re-Boot Camp.

We are excited to announce Rick Langdon, of Wells Fargo, is the 2015 Valuation Visionary. And, according to appraisers, Rick is the highest rated speaker at Valuation Expo. No doubt Rick will wow everyone again this year.

Wells Fargo Re-Boot Camp is a big opportunity for all appraisers. It is a tremendous opportunity for appraisers to interact with the largest lender in the US for direct engagement opportunities. Wells Fargo wants to close the communication gap between lenders and appraisers and Valuation Expo is the spot where it all happens.

Wells Fargo Re-Boot Camp will offer 6 separate sessions taught by their talented staff appraisers. They have identified areas where they believe appraisers will benefit from additional training and positive interaction with the Wells Fargo team. Wells Fargo is dedicated to forging strong relationships with appraisers as they grow their direct engagement channel.

Below are the planned sessions with the times and the instructors.

9 am – 11 am

  •    Technology and the Appraisal Process (Hem Merriman & Chris Jones)
  •    Solving for the Complex (Todd Harris & Steve Crellin)
