Valuation 20/20 Guide

Valuation 20/20 is a new and immersive virtual experience that allows you to network face-to-face from the comfort of your own home! This is the first ever 100% virtual Trade Show for real estate appraisers, so join us on June 16^th – 17^th for Valuation 20/20! The agenda for Valuation 20/20 is filled with plenty of beneficial sessions for appraisers. From our Keynote Speakers to our new Buzz Academy Sessions, Valuation 20/20 has something for everybody!

If you can’t make it or if you prefer to take it an hour at a time, on demand viewing will be available for 30 days after! In our General Session, we have our Keynote Speaker; Best-selling Author, Cathy O’Neil. Like her book, “Weapons of Math Destruction,” she will be discussing the dangers of algorithms over real life human input. Scott Reuter of Freddie Mac will be discussing updated guidelines with Covid-19 flexibilities that were announced June 11^th. Adam Johnston of Genworth Financial will give insight on virtual interior inspection tools and fraud controls. Robert Murphy of Collateral Advisors, LLC, will be discussing no inspection appraisal guidelines to protect appraisers. Peter Christensen of Valuation Legal points out legal considerations for appraisers during coronavirus. There are many more speakers planned, so view the agenda to plan accordingly.

In our new sessions such as Lenders Live, Buzz Academy Sessions, & Landshark Pitches, appraisers have the option to participate in some great sessions. Lenders Live is a session where the nation’s biggest lenders discuss what they are looking for in appraisals, frequent issues they are seeing, how to join their panel, and ask for your (appraiser) feedback. Our Land Shark Pitches are 15-minute demos from the biggest companies in the appraisal industry. They will talk about their new products and updates and fill you in on information you need to know. Our Buzz Academy sessions are hour long business building sessions that will make your life easier and increase your revenue.
