So not to get too outside of the box; but visualize a world where a certified general appraiser could get a license in any state by reciprocity and then elect to do desktops for instance from afar. Now visualize and AMC not unlike Valuation Connect that decides to hire several certified general appraiser’s and get them license by reciprocity in every state in the union and then your appraisal services will not be necessary. I know that sounds very far-fetched but you never know.
