We are in uncharted territories. The pandemic didn’t leave us much choice but to adapt and change our Spring event to a virtual conference. Our mission at Allterra Group has been, and always will be, to keep the appraisal community plugged in to what is happening. Allterra has brought you Valuation Expos since 2003, the largest appraiser conference in the US.
Our tag line for Valuation Expo is LEARN, NETWORK, PROSPER. We are disappointed, like you, to not be able to get together, shake hands, meet potential new clients, or to put a face to a name of your peers that you have virtually met through social media. That disappoints my team and me as much as it does you.
We’ve discovered along the way that there are some exciting upsides to taking our conference virtual. Attending this virtual Valuation Expo provides a huge cost savings. Now you won’t need to take valuable time away from the office, buy airline tickets, or incur hotel and food expenses. And most importantly, you will stay safe.
Now, in our virtual format, Valuation 20/20 will attract attendees who have never before been able to enjoy the great experience we are known for.
Thank you for your patience while we convert our conference to our new virtual platform. This allows us to “amp up” the content considerably, offering you lots of choices. And yes, we have a Trade show too!
There is a whole lot going on- hearing from all of the agencies during this challenging time is critical. Our big blockbuster announcement is that we scored Cathy O’Neil as our keynote speaker. Cathy authored the book, Weapons of Math Destruction, and if you’ve ever felt as though the “scales were tipped” towards big data and less on reliance of human judgment and expertise, then this is the book for you.
You will be able to check out our interactive Trade show that allows you to video chat with exhibitors in real time. We’ll also have some cool new features like the Buzz Academy to assist you in growing your business. We have a really long list of lenders to virtually meet during Lenders Live. And you can enjoy Land Shark Pitches, the brief demos from a variety of vendors.
