Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leveraging their established relationships within our target customer segments. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the real estate technology space, a proven track record in enterprise sales, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with high-level decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Development: Build and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate and expand within the target segments of lenders, mortgage brokers, appraisal management companies, and investment funds.
- Customer Relationship Management: Leverage existing relationships to drive opportunities and establish new partnerships within the defined target segments.
- Solution Selling: Articulate the value proposition of our SaaS and API offerings, tailoring solutions to address specific customer challenges and opportunities.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall revenue goals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and positioning.
- Collaborative Engagement: Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize account potential.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions with customers, balancing company interests with client needs to achieve win-win outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within real estate technology, financial services, or related industries.
- Industry Relationships: Demonstrated ability to leverage solid, existing relationships with one or more target customer segments: lenders, mortgage brokers, appraisal management companies, or investment funds.
- Proven Track Record: Consistent achievement or overachievement of sales quotas in enterprise-level or complex sales cycles.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, and data-driven solutions, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling SaaS or data API solutions specifically in the real estate or financial services space.
- Strong understanding of the lending, appraisal, and investment ecosystems, including key trends and challenges.
