Nationwide Appraisal Network is Seeking a Staff Appraiser

NAN (Nationwide Appraisal Network), is seeking a passionate and experienced Staff Appraiser who will strategically align their vision to reach department goals, as they continue to be recognized by mortgage leaders as one of the most trusted AMCs in the nation. The ideal candidate will help maintain appraisal quality and responsiveness in various territories throughout the nation. This position will require in-depth knowledge of appraisal products for all loan types and property types, thorough review of appraisal reports to verify top quality in reporting and compliance, review and communicate UW conditions, as well as appraisal disputes with appraisers and lender clients. An active certified appraiser license, FHA certification and a minimum of 5 years certified appraiser experience is a must. Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and appraisal rules, laws, and regulations relative to the appraisal and mortgage industry. Proven ability to solve and resolve problems by putting program and change efforts into action. Demonstrated professional judgment in reaching conclusions to make timely and accurate decisions or make mid-course changes. The candidate will serve as a resource for industry and product knowledge, and assist the Chief Appraiser as needed.
