How to Avoid Subjective Language in Your Appraisals

On today’s Buzzcast episode, host Hal Humphreys sits down with Stephanie Streep, Managing Partner at Appraisal Associates of Central Texas, LLC. We discuss subjective language and how to avoid it, Streep’s history as a supervisor, what people should know before taking on a trainee, and how appraisers can get involved in the discussion.
