Meet our panel of experts

Jeff Bradford is the CEO at Bradford Technologies. His company has been providing software services to the appraisal profession for over 33 years. Today, his company is leading the digital transformation of the appraiser’s desktop to a cloud based valuation platform so appraisers can compete in the entire valuation market space.

Mr. Bradford has been recognized as a Tech All Star by the Mortgage Bankers Association and as a Valuation Visionary by the Collateral Risk Network for his work in appraisal innovation and analytics into the valuation process.

Prior to founding Bradford Technologies, Mr. Bradford worked at companies such as Apple Computer, Structural Dynamics Research and FMC Central Engineering Labs.

He holds three masters degrees: Engineering Mechanics from the University of Texas; Masters in Computer Science and an MBA, both from Santa Clara University.

Ryan Lundquist is a certified residential appraiser in the Sacramento area. Ryan runs the Sacramento Appraisal Blog, which is a top-ranking appraisal blog in the United States. He has been quoted in local and national publications and has been involved with the Sacramento Association of Realtors for nearly a decade. Ryan is also a board member of the Real Estate Appraisers Association of Sacramento. His clients include homeowners, real estate agents, governmental agencies, and attorneys.

Bill Waltenbaugh is Chief Appraiser of Clarocity Valuation Services and is a certified appraiser with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. During these years, Bill witnessed and experienced first-hand the many regulatory changes that occurred in the appraisal industry, from the advent of licensing to the passage of the Dodd-Frank Act. With several years of experience as a Chief Appraiser and Director of Compliance, Bill has developed a proven track record of implementing necessary policies and procedures to ensure quality and compliance. Bill holds the SRA and AI-RRS designations with the Appraisal Institute.
