Our Certified Appraisers produce a variety of valuations on virtually all types of residential properties, including but not limited to:
· Single family
· Multi-family
· Desktop
· Alternative valuations
· Appraisal reviews
This will all take place within your local, familiar geographic area.
Job Qualifications
· Must have residential real estate appraisal license
· Certified with 3+ years of experience preferred
· Experience in REO appraisals
· HUD/FHA experience
· Ability to work within varying client-driven deadlines
· Exceptional analytical and narrative writing skills
