My experience was horrible with D.S Murphy. They were recommended by our agent and ruined the first time home buying experience. Unprofessional when it comes to handling there inspector causing damage to my home.
Paid half of appraisal and provided my email address for a property I own. After 3 weeks of not hearing back, I contacted the company and was told since my soon to be ex-wife called them first that appraisal will only be released to her. I don’t have any idea what the appraisal value is even I paid for half of the appraisal. They swore up and down I was told this, but that is not something I would forget. Please be very careful when dealing with this unprofessional, undermining company. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
