QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma required
• 2+years of valuation review experience
• Experience in construction & repair cost estimating a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Working knowledge of the practical aspects of real estate valuation
• Technology proficient
• Ability to work efficiently in a deadline driven environment
• Self-disciplined
• Dedicated, career minded

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Full-time, 40-hr work week plus overtime when available
