I have no problem using ANSI, but when we use it to measure the subject property, and compare it to homes that w not ANSI measured (I KNOW THIS FOR A FACT) Most, if not all realtors this area rely on the county assessor&#8217;s office for the measurement I have worked for the&hellip;</p>
