Steven Wik is a VP and National Accounts Specialist for Northeastern Appraisal Associates, a hybrid 40+ year appraisal firm and national AMC provider headquartered in Amherst, NY. Growing up around his grandfather’s Real Estate and appraisal firm lead him to join them as a Realtor in the early 90’s. Since then, Steve has taken on various leadership positions where presenting, training, change management and employee engagement has played a major role in his success. Steve joined Northeastern in early 2014 to take on leadership in marketing, sales and new product development with industry partners. He regularly attends industry events to be an ambassador for the appraisal community. Steve also works on government and AMC committees for the Collateral Risk Network, serves on the local board of the Women’s Council of Realtors as VP of affiliates, and is also the President of the Bowmansville Volunteer Fire Association.
