ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform Quality Control reviews on Panel and Independent Staff Appraisers to ensure client requirements are met
• Develop rapport with assigned clients
• Proactively monitor reviews, corrections, and reconsideration of value queues to ensure SLA’s are met
• Communicate correction requests effectively to appraisers
• Provide client with status updates on potential deadline delays or any issue that prevents the order from meeting the contractual SLA
• Solve appraisal issues and have ability to communicate results to the client
• Support ACT’s operations team with appraisal related questions
• Provide appraiser quality feedback to the Vendor Management team

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Licensed or certified real estate appraiser (HUD/FHA approved a plus)
• Minimum 2 years National review experience
• Knowledge of FHA appraisal requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Customer service oriented
