The Accurate Group LLC, a 6 time INC 500 fastest growing company, is looking for full time real estate staff appraisers to join our team. No field work is required as these would all be desktop appraisal assignments, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week in the comfort of your own home or office.
The ideal candidate is a real estate appraiser that is no longer interested in doing field work or looking to dramatically cut down on field work. Must be an experienced appraiser that fully understands appraisal practices and how to follow USPAP. Understanding what it takes to meet deadlines is critical to your success.
Responsibilities will include completing desktop appraisals with high quality, low error rate, and timeliness.
Requirements include a real estate appraisal license in good standing.
