A Season for Change

The end of the summer is officially here. Along with the changing of the color of the leaves we are making some changes to the Appraisal Buzz and the Allterra Group. Among these changes, I find the need to introduce myself. My name is Karlie Harris and I’m the new editor and brand manager for Appraisal Buzz. I’m so excited to let our subscribers in on a few changes coming for the Appraisal Buzz.

Due to the success of the inaugural edition of Appraisal Buzz print Magazine, we are excited to announce that in 2016 there will be a spring and fall edition of the magazine issued. That means our subscribers will get double the invaluable knowledge and introspective content imparted by our authors. With two editions of the magazine coming out, you will have topical information on your coffee table all year round. If you didn’t receive a copy of the 2015 edition of Appraisal Buzz, you’ll want to make sure you click here to sign up to get both of 2016’s for free.

To liven things up a bit, we’re also going to add an interactive element to the newsletters. Every month starting in January 2016, we will be conducting a scavenger hunt in the weekly newsletters. Participating subscribers will send in pictures relating to the scavenger hunt. Winners will be selected and put in a drawing to receive a free pass to the November Valuation Expo. Stay tuned for the Appraisal Buzz scavenger hunt and get ready to put your thinking caps on!

Here at the Allterra Group, we have a lot to offer that isn’t just Appraisal Buzz. We have just released our new and improved website for the Allterra Group. Here you’ll find information on Appraisal Buzz, Allterra Online, Collateral Risk Network (CRN), Valuation Expo and, updates on the Allterra Group itself. To see information on all of our brands at once, meet the team or learn more, visit www.allterragroup.com or click here.

We are so excited for all the new developments in the upcoming year and pleased to be bringing more ways to give you the tools and information to excel in the appraising industry. As always, we thank you for subscribing and giving your feedback and if you have any suggestions on article topics that you would like to see covered in the Appraisal Buzz Newsletter or Magazine, submit your comments to comments@appraizalbuzz.com.
