In 2015, we published the first ever Appraisal Buzz Magazine. It went out to over 30,000 appraisers for free! Because of the great response, we’ve decided to double down and publish a Spring and Fall issue for 2016. We need to know three things from you. Do you want to get the next magazine? Do you want to contribute to the next magazine? And, finally, is there a topic or subject matter expert you’d like to hear from?
To that end, let’s tackle the last question first. Here is a list of the top ten things we think appraisers want to know:
- How do I make more money?
- How can I make more money in less time?
- With whom can I make money?
- How do I retain them as a client?
- What are other people doing and why?
- What could I be doing that I’m not currently?
- How can I reduce my overhead?
- How can I increase turn times?
- How do I get paid in a timely manner?
- What technology exists that can assist me?
What we’ve learned, among other things, is that a great magazine contains great content. To focus on that, we’d like to get your input. Tell us which topics and subjects matter most to you by clicking HERE.
To our second point… What do you have to say? The Appraisal Buzz Magazine is for appraiser. Who better to provide relevant information on timely topics than the appraiser himself? From our experience, appraisers are full of innovative ideas and can be quite the subject matter expert on a variety of topics. Submit an article idea for the magazine and we’ll see if we can get you published. Everyone likes to see their name in print and, more importantly, to be heard. We’d love to give you that opportunity. Please submit content ideas to info@appraisalbuzz.com and we’ll run it by the editor.
And, lastly, if you missed the 2015 issue, you can still view the digital version HERE. If you didn’t receive the last issue but want to be on the 2016 mailing list, click here to give us your contact information and we’ll be sure to include you.
