Having taken several “speed reading” course in my lifetime I am certain I can read an article many times faster than I can listen to it with over 90% comprehension. In short it is my contention that the spoken word by professionals is about 200 words per minute or slower. While I appreciate the Buzzcasts here, I almost never listen to any of them because of that fact. So I wonder if there are any individuals out there in appraiser-land who feel the same way and would “like” or endorse the following recommendation: publish a transcript of your chats so your fast-read subscribers can be more productive with their time and still benefit from your well thought out and timely Buzzcasts.
