30-Year Fixed-Rate Mortgages Climb Up to 5.23 Percent Average

Freddie Mac’s Primary Mortgage Market Survey results show the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 5.23% with an average 0.9 point as of June 9, 2022, up from last week when it averaged 5.09%. A year ago at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 2.96%.
